• he Office Clerk supports the service and installation departments in the Texas Access Controls Houston, TX location.

• nswers telephone and directs calls to appropriate department.

• rocessing incoming and outgoing parts.

• nters alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen.
C
• ompares data entered with source documents to detect errors.
P
• rocesses purchase orders.
T
• ake orders for residential install/service customers.
A
• ssist in scheduling and dispatching.
P
• rovides backup support for office staff.S
kills/Education Qualifications
H
• igh School Diploma or GED.
O
• ne to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
M
• athematical, Reasoning, and Language skills are required.
