Customer Service Representative – Healthcare (Temp to Hire, Openings) San Diego, CA 92123 (Onsite) | Temp to Hire | Local Candidates Only About the Role We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a growing healthcare call center team in San Diego. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading organization focused on Medicaid/Medicare services. Location San Diego, CA What You’ll Do Handle 60–80 inbound calls per day Resolve escalated issues, grievances, and member concerns Conduct research and provide accurate, thorough information Ensure HIPAA compliance with all interactions Assist members with Medicaid and Medicare-related questions Document calls and update records in Epic and Talkdesk systems Schedule Full-time shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Some shifts: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Must be flexible for evenings and weekend shifts Training: 6 weeks onsite, then may transition to remote (must have reliable internet and equipment) What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months of call center experience Experience with HIPAA, Medicaid, and Medicare Strong attendance and reliability Strong problem-solving and investigatory skills Experience with Epic and/or Talkdesk is a plus Must be local to San Diego, CA Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Career growth in the healthcare industry Temp-to-hire potential with long-term opportunities Apply Today!
