Successful candidates will have a can-do, team-player attitude, will be dedicated to the success of the organization, and utilize excellent in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and programs to ensure that Capsa Healthcare meets or exceeds customers' expectations consistent with the company's standards.
This position is based out of our Portland, OR location, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after successful completion of training. Schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm PST, M-F.
Your job will contribute to the team by performing the following duties (other special projects may also be assigned):
- Provide exemplary service to all customers, internal and external, mostly via phone, email and Teams
- Responsible for all requests for quotations, order processing and basic troubleshooting
- Act as a liaison between Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), internal departments and customers
- Coordinate and manage orders to customer's needs and production capabilities
- Provide tier one level technical support for customer issues concerning Capsa products or systems; triage and escalate customer technical issues as necessary to additional level support
- Process product warranty shipments
- Work with customers on return requests within department guidelines
- Work closely with the appropriate internal departments to communicate and assist with customer inquiries or technical support needs
- Follow up with customers and/or RSMs with information relating to their orders (back orders, revised/missed ship date, etc.)
- Provide support for any departmental or company-wide projects or initiatives
- Cooperatively provides hands-on job function training to co-workers as needed
- Must understand and comply with Safety, 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, initiatives, and procedures
- Dependable and consistent attendance is critical for team performance and productivity.
What we ask of you:
- College degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product-based customer service role, inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Quality technical skills and abilities preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems; Capsa currently uses Syteline and Salesforce
- Strong team skills and the ability to multi-task, working effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
