Hours: 10pm-6:30am days Wednesday Thursday are days off.
$17-$18

Day to day : Provide inbound customer service to callers into the University of Chicago Medicine. There is a lot of variety in the type of calls received. This is a fast-paced, but friendly environment.

TOP:

-healthcare call center experience is a plus but NOT required.

-Customer Service experience

-Medical terminology experience helpful

-Epic helpful/not required
