Duties • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. • Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting. • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery. Qualifications • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. • Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. • Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling is a plus. • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. • Ability to type accurately while engaging with customers. • Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is required. • Call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
