How You'll Make An Impact:
- Complete CommScope product orders from the point of quotation up to and including the time the order ships.
- Assist with product selection, quote generation, order input, order scheduling, expediting, tracking, finding, and coordinating alternative materials.
- Resolve customer concerns by using company process knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Participate in ongoing product, process, and work with sales to develop training meetings
Required Qualifications For Consideration:
- 2+ years of sales support, customer service, or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
- Experience in a Business to Business environment
- SAP exposure
