Duties
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through invoices.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
• Stock shelves.
Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clients.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sales experience is beneficial.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
