A background in sales and experience in a call center environment is preferred. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive experience. • Handle follow up on customer issues or promote services. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction. • Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer systems to manage customer information effectively. • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or client services is essential. • Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling procedures is advantageous. • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers professionally. • Demonstrated ability to type accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Prior call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
