We are searching for dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives who can professionally handle inquiries across multiple touchpoints calls, emails, chat, or social media. The ideal candidate excels in solving customer issues, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job: Full time
Salary Range:$18.00 – $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social channels
• Identify customer needs through active listening and problem-solving
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and billing
• Process account updates, refunds, orders, and service requests as needed
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments with clarity and care
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions and follow internal protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, helpful, and resilient approach to customer interactions
• Basic to intermediate computer fluency and quick adaptability to new tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
