Customer Service Representative

We are fast glow promotional product company, looking for a bright and very organized Customer Service Representative with great customer service skills. The right candidate will be highly proficient and comfortable with computers and have experience in data entry, organizing office paperwork and customer service. Knowledge of the promotional products industry is certainly a plus! This is in office postion, not available for remote. Responsibilities will include, but not limited Support and provide superior customer service via phone & email . Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications. Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns. Verifying order details with customers on occasion Add product to our company stores and website Strong ability to multi-task. Ability to type 40 WPM. Qualification The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a customer service rep and the ability to think on your Courteous and professional demeanor on the phone Up beat, enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick thinking with positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure sales environment. Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. Focus on the job at hand, understanding that production matters Must have a positive “whatever it takes” attitude. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
