Customer Service Representative/Runner

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Runner to join our Las Vegas team! You will be responsible for assisting our sales team in numerous tasks and helping their customers by providing product and service information. We are searching for a dedicated individual to handle face to face client relations and has the ability to pickup and deliver communications equipment from numerous customer locations on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Transporting communications equipment to and from our customers location. Provide information about our products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns while on property with client. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic. Must be EXTREMELY organized and willing to go above and beyond. Qualifications: Must have a reliable and insured vehicle. Must have a good driving history. Previous experiences in customer service and administrative roles is encouraged. Ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive are a plus.
