What's exciting about the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, customer service oriented individual who likes administration tasks as well as various forms of contact with customer and sales. The job includes customer service, sales support and activities on a varied systems, mainly on Oracle and Salesforce.

The team are the first point of contact for order placement and order related queries, via both telephone and email from both internal and external customers.

You will be expected to work in Order Entry team validating sales orders for accuracy and compliance with internal formats, and booking them onto Salesforce and Oracle system, assisting new and existing clients with all non-direct sales related enquiries, including assisting with paperwork completion. You will have an opportunity to work with external and internal departments (Sales, Customer Support, Warehouse, Supply teams, freight forwarders etc.) to resolve queries and ensure client orders are processed within SLA. The successful candidate should have a customer first attitude and be able to think outside the box, providing ideas and seeking support of other teams to quickly obtain an outcome for the customer.Β 

Main responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support to Verifone customers and sales organization in processing sales orders and resolving inquiries for English and Spanish market.
  • Processing orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact.Β 
  • Being in daily contact with warehouse and planning team with regards to order status, participating in weekly status calls
  • solving complaints and issues reported by customer
  • Maintaining customer files with sales contracts and other information.Β 
  • Giving price quotations, completing order sheets and checking the price and quantity of each item listed.Β 
  • Handling calls from English and Spanish customers
  • May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Experience in order processing, data entry, sales processing would be an asset
  • Knowledge or experience of Oracle or Business Objects as advantages
  • Strong character with the ability to deal with customers confidently
  • Great communicator both on the phone and email in English (fluency) and Spanish (B1/B2 level)
  • Attention to detail
  • Sales analytical skills
  • Fast learner and adaptable to change
  • Very good teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office)
