Soni’s Clientis seeking aCustomer Service Representatives (CSR)to join a major player in the Healthcare world located in [Center City] Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities of aCustomer Service Representative:
• Provide front-line customer service via phone, email, or in-person
• Assist caregivers and staff with any inquiries or issues
• Deliver high-quality service with a pleasant, professional demeanor
• Participate in ongoing departmental meetings and training sessions
Requirements of aCustomer Service Representative:
• Minimum of2 years experiencein a customer service, call center, or technical help desk role
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are amajor plus
• Ability to workonsite 5 days a weekwith flexibility for occasional after-hours coverage

Compensation:$18 to $20 an hour
