Our client in Lombard, IL is expanding their customer success division and is seeking aCustomer Service & Sales Representativeto join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-facing environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is working in a retail setting with products in the technology, telecommunications, clean energy, and or water supply services.
About the Role:
This is afull-time position working in retailfocused onmanaging existing customer accountsandacquiring new clientsthrough relationship building and brand education. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and identifying new opportunities to increase client engagement. Weekend availability is required as part of a rotating schedule. This is only being offered as a full time opening. You are required to come into HQ for sales meetings, product training, and for all client updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers to maintain strong business relationships
• Proactively manage assigned customer accounts and track progress toward retention goals
• Educate clients on services, promotions, and account features
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Acquire new customers through personalized outreach and brand representation
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer success and account processes
• Accurately input and manage customer data within CRM systems
• Handle in person sales
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales preferred
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools and reporting systems
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Must be comfortable in a face to face setting working with customers

• Base salary starting between $38,500 - $55,000 annually
