About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated problem solver to be the face of a high-growth SaaS platform for our customers. Patient financial responsibility for healthcare services has been steadily on the rise, creating the need for more streamlined and seamless methods of payment to meet healthcare providers and patient needs.

Success in this role will be measured by customer delight, product adoption, retention and referrals.

Your Area of Focus
  • Initial point of contact for customers for technical and application troubleshooting
  • Provide world-class customer service while effectively communicating with customers via email, chat, phone to resolve issues
  • Utilize product expertise to research and resolve issues working with internal teams to escalate as necessary
  • Leverage existing support tool technology to resolve issues efficiently and comprehensively
  • Provide feedback  on how to improve tools to become more effective and efficient
  • As a subject matter expert, document and share knowledge with other team members
  • Develop, document and implement effective triage processes
Your Professional Qualifications
  • Motivated problem solver that thrives in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
  • High technical acumen - can learn technologies quickly and troubleshoot effectively
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator who drives customer outcomes
  • Solution-oriented - if you see something that's broken, you fix it
  • Self-starter who can operate and execute independently without all of the answers
  • A risk assessor with a commitment to understanding and applying compliance rules
  • Able to continually identify and articulate opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - customer facing and internal
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support at a SaaS software platform company
  • 4+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Domain experience in fintech, payments, healthcare, regulatory/compliance desirable
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems a plus
