Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with a background in a Customer Service to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. We are looking to add a new Customer Service Specialist to our team to help assist customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities as our Customer Specialist Representative:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
- Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excited to grow from an entry-level position
