Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a China, AIG, China Service, Service Order Process Specialist. In this Sports/Recreation role, you will have the opportunity to work in a world-class organization that values your growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Issue quotations for billable services based on technical fault diagnosis, ensuring exceptional service to customers.
• Process non-billable service orders and track parts consumption in SAP.
• Confirm billable service information with customers, completing orders and parts consumption.
• Invoice customers and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and track accounts receivable regularly.
• Assist Field Service Engineers in managing inventory of essential components.
• Coordinate with Call Center and other functions to meet customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a medical or biological field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years related working experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English writing, reading, and speaking.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of SAP.
