Customer Service Support

Job Summary

Provides support services to facility management. Greets vendors, visitors, customers and ensures they are directed to the appropriate personnel. Assists facility management as assigned with administrative duties

Essential Functions

• Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company in a professional and personable manner.
• Greets visitors and ensures they are appropriately directed.
• Uses scanning equipment and data storage procedures to stare and facilitate easy retrieval of documents.
• Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
• Assist in helping the Parts Department in entering orders, entering quotes, and running invoices.
• Answers and screens manager's telephone calls; arranges conference calls.
• Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, and prepares facilities.
• All other duties as assigned.

Physical Skill and Effort

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work discreetly with confidential information and situations.
• Must have broad knowledge of Division / Departments operations to refer callers, visitors and personnel to the proper person or department.

Working Conditions and Hazards

Typically office conditions. From time to time, some plant, shop, or field exposure will occur and may offer slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure.

Do You Qualify

Education

High School Diploma or GED. Ability to learn, understand, and communicate information is a MUST.

Experience

6 months to 1 year administrative and receptionist experience preferred
