Customer Service Support Representative
Job Description
About the Role
Join a small, collaborative team that supports a global network of engineers and specialists. You'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support for bioprocessing systems used to develop and manufacture life-saving products, such as medications and vaccines.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer communications, log inquiries, and escalate issues to technical teams
• Manage spare parts and service quote requests, follow up on purchase orders and status updates
• Coordinate incoming materials for in-house calibrations and repairs
• Track and support RMA and warranty requests
• Monitor service contracts and KPIs
• Consolidate data for asset management
• Adjust service schedules and assist in resource planning
• Support special projects as assigned
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Prior experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device industry preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience with RMA, repair coordination, or warranty management
• Familiarity with service logistics and project coordination
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
• Morning shift
Work Location: On the road
