Job Description

Position Summary:

This position will coordinate administrative activities, to ensures the complete and accurate completion of customer service support (CSS) duties. These activities include, but are not limited to, issue management, regulatory requests, sample orders, new customer set-up, daily reporting and detention processing. This position will act as a liaison with the QA department and Customer Service leadership team by providing regular feedback on emerging or pending regulatory and/or quality issues.

Essential Functions:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, creating a connection and developing a rapport with every internal and external customer to provide an outstanding, personal customer experience.
  • Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the customer and internal groups, such as Master Data, Quality and Regulatory.
  • Monitor complaint entry into CRM for accuracy and respond to complaints ensuring a timely response to the customer
  • Manage new customer set-up process from start to finish to ensure proper and timely set-up.
  • Manage the customer sample ordering process
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to be the customer liaison for reporting and detention processing claims
  • Assist Customer Support Supervisor as needed to resolve issues
  • Travel as necessary to Bunge facilities and customer meetings


Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equitable practical experience required
  • Prior successful industry customer service experience and/or a proven track record of accomplishments in working in an environment servicing internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask

  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Self-reliant, independent; can be quick and decisive, smart and savvy with good ideas and judgment
  • Stable, adaptive, and able to handle a stressful situation with calm and reason.

  • Familiarity with CBOT exchange and fundamentals of futures and basis trading a plus
  • Experience in agribusiness or related industry with specific focus on regulatory requirements for the agribusiness industry a plus
  • Experience with SAP, SF.com & Tableau a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with special focus on Excel and Word.
