Customer Service Team Representative

Diversified Communications is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Team Representative to join our growing company! In this role, you'll provide a crucial helping hand and administrative support to the Customer Service team and will have direct customer service responsibility to both internal and external customers.

Diversified Communications, a Portland, Maine employer, is a global tradeshow and conference organizer and your customers in this role are business leaders around the world. Our Customer Service team is the liaison between internal sales & marketing teams and our events. This team adapts to competing priorities on a regular basis, juggles customer service inquiries and problem-solving with ease and creativity, and is seeking a proactive, organized and detail-oriented person to join the team.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Respond to exhibitors' logistical questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, or email
• You'll be responsible for the collection of listing package deliverables for events
• Proof Exhibitor Resource Centers (an online portal) for details and accuracy
• Send outgoing customer communication as well as create and organize logistical bulletins
• Maintain bounce back emails from Marketo (email system)
• Assist with ancillary follow up as needed with sponsors and other external customers
• You'll take the customer service lead on a smaller event to get your feet wet, and then will have more customer service responsibility in the future
• Provide data entry assistance and a variety of other administrative responsibilities, as assigned
