This is a fully remote customer support role focused on helping users resolve technical issues across a wide range of consumer technology products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance through inbound communication channels. Accountabilities:
