Job Description

Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Provide the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service.• Provide a consistent and quality experience in satisfying client demands which include print and digital mail services.• Continuously monitor emails, print portal queue and digital mail retention (DMR) dashboard. Respond accordingly, as per business processes and operational guidelines, in a timely manner.• Provide guidance to customer in navigating the print portal and/or digital mail dashboard.• Handle printing and scanning requests.• Run reports and make updates to the DMR recipient list, research mail pieces.• Demonstrate strong attention to and focus on details and processes.• Handle time-sensitive, confidential materials in accordance with privacy protection policies.• Establish operating procedures and quality standards.• Adapt to process changes as required by the client.• Other site national support and special projects as needed.• Participate in cross-training.• Provide backfill as needed.
