Accountabilities:

  • Connect with prospective clients to schedule virtual consultations and discuss their financial protection and insurance needs.
  • Provide personalized life and health insurance recommendations tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and financial situation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by answering policy-related questions, assisting with updates, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Build and grow a personal portfolio of clients through trust-based interactions, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Participate in virtual training programs, coaching sessions, and mentorship opportunities to continuously improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Manage daily activities independently in a remote work environment while meeting productivity and sales objectives.
  • Maintain professionalism, compliance, and accurate documentation throughout the client engagement and onboarding process.
  • Requirements:

    • Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License with company-provided guidance and training.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within eligible states.
