Customer Service/Inside Sales

Position requires strong 2+ years of inside sales and customer service experience. Responsibilities: · Interacts with customers and outside sales reps organizations to provide support and information on products and orders. Contacts customers to inform them of orders received and upcoming promotions. · Collects and enters orders for company’s products and customers shipping requirements. · Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. · Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong Customer Interaction experience in manufacturing. Excellent communication skills including patience. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Education and Experience: College degree preferred. High school diploma required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
