Job Description
Responsibilities
• Correspondence with customers by email, phone, and in-person
• Preliminary inspection and work schedule management
• Making shipment arrangements, preparing documents
• Customs clearance support, delivery arrangements, and aftercare for moving goods from/to the U.S.
• Other duties may assign
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
• Business+ level of Japanese and English bilingual skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and google sheet
