Customer Service/Scheduling Coordinator

Customer Service/Office Admin Overhead Door Company of Santa Clara Valley is hiring for a full time position in Sunnyvale, CA reporting to the Office Manager and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous service scheduling, and construction admin experience. We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail oriented individual, a quick learner with the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities Include: Answering incoming customer calls. Initiate work orders and schedule with service technicians or sales as needed. Prepare job packets for following day's work. Assist in receiving incoming product for customer jobs. Skills/Qualifications Preferred: Experience in service scheduling, or other construction admin. Must be very organized and detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work in a team environment Multi-lingual a plus What’s In It for You?
