The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
Enterprise Energy is a critical part of the overall Nokia strategy in the US. Be influential in driving Energy segment transformation and engineering solutions that will have a positive impact on US critical infrastructure. Diverse suite of technologies including Optical, Routing, Wireless, Fixed Network assets and potential IT offerings. Be part of a collaborative, industry changing team committed to driving network transformation and ensuring Nokia is positioned squarely in this critical area.
What you will learn and contribute to
Successful candidate will be a key contributor in architecting / engineering solutions to meet critical customer requirements within the Energy Segment - Enterprise Energy
As part of our team, you will:
- Be responsible for PreSales Engineering and Solutions management for Tier 1 Energy customers
- Engage across multiple Business Groups and propose customer focused, Nokia leveraged solutions for network evolution. Specific focus on IP and Private Wireless products / technologies
- Maintain a strong understanding of Nokia internal process including Bill of Materials, Order Management, Salesforce management, etc.
- Possess exemplary internal relationships with BG partners to include Product Line Management, Technical Support, Program Management and / or RBC leadership.
- Demonstrate exceptional technical skills - primary focus will be IP, PVT Wireless (specifically NDAC / PVT LTE), Fixed Network and Optical products
Your skills and experience
You must have:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience
- Minimum 9 year's experience as a sales engineer or related technical role with customer facing responsibilities
- Proven expertise in Nokia Products including 7750, 7210, 7705, Mobile Networks Private Wireless components, 1830 Optical and / or MPR9500 Microwave packet radio. Experience with Fixed Network product (GPON) is beneficial.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to assessing customer issues and implementing Nokia product and solutions to mitigate these issues
- Strategic mindset. Ability to look forward to assess future needs and coordinate internal teams to support those needs (business case establishment, priority planning, etc
- Direct experience in Energy segment
