Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Ads
Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience working with and managing internal and external partners/customers.
- Familiarity and experience with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies, data integration projects, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Google sales teams, internal stakeholders and clients to identify business opportunities that can be solved with technology.
- Collect requirements, provide guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers' business goals.
- Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively through effective project management and consultation on technical setup.
- Propose, architect, design and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals using Google's suite of products such as Google Ads, Google Marketing platform, and Google Cloud Platform.
