Customer Solutions Specialist
Job Description
Unlike traditional call center positions, as a CSS you will be talking to customers who are happy to hear your voice. This is not a collections or sales position. You will be the person who helps them solve an unexpected problem quickly.
We are looking for individuals who possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, are able to actively listen and know how to utilize modern computer technology to perform tasks such as address location research and basic typing. Our revolutionary technology takes the guess work out of the job and provides you with all of the tools you will need to be successful.
