About the role:
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding enquiries for the upcoming 2025 WA State Elections. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5 minutes. You will know your way around a computer and have a passion for customer service.

Roles commencing late January 2025

Casual role 0 -38 hours per week - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday - Rotational roster

2 days of Paid Training

Potential to move into a full-time permanent role within Probe on another campaign

Skills & Experience:
-
Have the ability to ask the right questions, find the right solutions, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do

Willing to bring your passion for service excellence whilst being comfortable working independently
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and political neutrality in a sensitive environment

Demonstrate competent computer skills, including system navigation

Are a clear communicator with high attention to detail

Complete a National Police Clearance, Political Neutrality Document and provide professional references
