Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in line with client and company requirements to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and targets. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers while meeting required standards of quality and adhering to schedules to achieve required targets.

Main details:

• Casual role with varied start dates 

• Hourly rate with potential to earn incentives

• Must be able to work between the hours of 10am and 8pm. Shift preferences may be accommodated and Monday availability is a must (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)

• Need to be available to attend the paid Full Time training for 4 weeks

• Fixed term contract until end of Nov (with view to extend)

Please be aware that, this role is an Australian based role and given the requirements of our client, in order to qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold current Australian Citizenship,

• Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and

• Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
