Focus of this role will be on customer strategy and process transformation.

Within your role as a Customer Strategy Associate Consultant you will:
• Develop fact-based client market and competitor insights based on research e.g. primary interviews analyst reports and internal databases. Research the client organization and industry value chains
• Draw from primary and existing IBM research on evolving market trends. Shape conduct research and collaborate with users staff and stakeholders to shape a holistic view of the total user experience
• Identifying issues creating hypotheses and executing analysis to develop decision-ready recommendations for our clients
• Detail to-be processes to enable new customer experiences and employee experiences
• Shape Go to Market strategies for our clients contribute to new business models definition
• Evaluate and shape business strategies including business value definition ROI calculation and value-driven prioritization of innovation initiatives
• Develop best practices and playbook to hand over to client customer operations
• Support de development and execution of a pilot or Minimum Viable Product as part of Garage delivery model.
• Implement agile methods and ensure knowledge transfer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• We welcome recent graduates with maximum 1 year of work experience and final-year students with less than 6 months of studies left.
• Master’s degree in any of the following domains in a business related track like Marketing Business Strategy International Business/Management
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights
• Powerful communication and storytelling skills with an ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply
• Highly motivated with clear evidence of drive and significant achievements
• Willingness to collaborate on-site with the enthusiastic client teams and travel up to 4 days a week to clients in NL depending on business demand
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and European Union without any restriction.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Passion to understand the applications of emerging technologies and adapt modern approaches and innovative solutions to client problems
• Proven affinity to a specific domain e.g. business strategy modelling marketing ecommerce
• Strong interest in a specific industry e.g. financial industrial travel & transportation
