A Day in the Life
Perform in-depth data analysis to understand each customer’s unique business needsIdentify opportunities to provide additional insights/perspective on complex business problems through analytics and client interactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers through system implementationProactively troubleshoot customer issues, and test new product features and/or fixesProvide ongoing technical support to existing customersQuickly respond to customer questions, monitor user adoption, and participate in customer callsContribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and retentionWho you are
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials1-2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in technology, product management, or consultingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, leveraging data analysis tools (proficiency in Excel is a must and BI tool experience a plus)Ability to proactively manage own tasks across multiple customers and guide team prioritiesIntellectual curiosity and eagerness to apply rigorous analytics to business problemsExcels in a highly collaborative team environment with a diverse set of teams and perspectivesOutstanding Benefits & Perks
