- Minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing role
- Experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Consulting and/or Project Management
- Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple organizations (Sales, Product, Customer Support, Partners)
- The ability to develop and manage multiple client portfolios
- Proven record of sustainability of business growth and profitability by maximizing value through solution-based selling
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer behavior
- Understanding customer requirements and guiding the customer to achievable outcomes
- Holding regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customers
As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll get to...
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers as their trusted advisors by identifying how they're currently using our software and providing resources to help them maximize their use of high-impact features
- Address and resolve customer concerns to complete satisfaction by conducting follow-ups based on customer surveys and maintenance renewals
- Drive retention of customers by conducting Annual Business Reviews, Proactive Outreaches, Account Analysis, and Project Management
- Review software contracts with accounts in your Book of Business with an ARR of above $50k during their annual renewal period
- Be the customer's advocate by receiving feedback and sharing it with relevant parties (Support, Sales, Development, Professional Services, etc.) to help them succeed
