We are looking for a technically savvy International Customer Success Associate who possesses a strong drive for results. CSA's data driven, nimble, organized, articulate, proactive, and drive adoption of DTN services.
Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide Support to Customer Success Team to develop proactive engagement sequence plays that support DTN's desired customer journey.
- Provide management and governance of contract renewal dates to drive priorities to CSM team for renewal motions.
- Provide coverage for Customer Success Manager during PTO and leave of absence, responding to inquiries and supporting customers during those times.
- Manage one to many client communications regarding major updates and product releases, education opportunities and adoption strategies.
- Analyze and monitor adoption and product utilization - alerting Customer Success Team on any risk or general awareness based on these trending metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years customer service experience in a SaaS or software company
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn
- Experience in Mobile or SaaS
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
