We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Associate (CSA) to onboard and support our growing client base and to join our NYC based team. As a CSA, you will play a critical role in the customer’s journey and their overall success. A successful person in this role will work collaboratively across teams to advocate for our customers. You’ll gain invaluable experience and real-time gratification in a place where your work and your efforts will be instantly seen and felt.
- Engage with financial advisors and advisory firms to help them achieve the best results and user experience on the Pontera platforms
- Provide outstanding support and troubleshoot basic technical issues with the software
- Respond to all client questions and issues in a quick and complete manner
- Escalate outstanding technical issues to the proper counterparts
- Communicate and problem solve with cross functional teams by phone, email, video chat etc.
- Ensure clients are trained and made aware of new product features and enhancement
- 2 to 3 years' experience with customer support / customer success
- Exceptional team player with the ability to relate and care for customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, positive, and can-do attitude
- High intellect, quick to learn and eager to excel
- Comfortable in fast paced, high-growth start-up environment
- Experience in Financial Services is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
