This is a remotely based position and will ideally be based in Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

We are seeking to hire a passionate, innovative, and curious Customer Success Associate. We are an innovative SaaS business, headquartered in Chicago, IL, that’s changing the way food service businesses optimize their supply chain.

You will provide ongoing support to our technology customers through hands-on training, data analysis and process guidance.  The fast track to building customer relationships starts in implementation working alongside the Implementation Project Manager and continues through the transition to long-term account management. 

As a Customer Success Associate, you will:

• Monitor the support tool for new tickets submitted by customers or on behalf of customers
• Provide guidance and best practice methodology to customers using the system
• Update and create documentation for the support tool knowledge base to align with customer requests
• Recommend to each customer which tools should be used for specific purpose(s)
• Train customers on existing application

You will thrive as a Customer Success Associate if you have: 

• 2+ years prior experience with the supply chain/technology industry
• Prior experience with analytical tools and business intelligence software
• Understanding of how to troubleshoot questions and resolve issues
• Competency in working with Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
