What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a passionate and patient Customer Success Associate to partner with some of our 5,000+ providers across the US. In this role you’ll identify “at-risk” providers and conduct proactive coaching, education, and save calls to reduce potential churn. You’ll foster strong relationships with our providers through excellent people skills and a data-driven approach. In this role you will:
- Use data to identify “at-risk” providers
- Coach providers via Zoom and email, offering best-in-class education on our platform
- Conduct save calls with high-value churning providers to win provider loyaltyÂ
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Onboarding, Growth, etc teams by providing feedback and insights on how to reduce future churn
Salary range: $62K - $90KÂ
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have at least one year of experience in a Customer Success role at a healthtech startupÂ
- You have strong selling skills, and have experience handling successful retention calls
- You are passionate about providers and you’re excited to help them grow thriving private practices
- You have the ability to synthesize your findings and present feedback to the broader team
- You are adaptable and enjoy working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
