Our Customer Success Associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for Workhuman users. Working collaboratively across functions, they ensure customers receive maximum value throughout their lifecycle. Beyond solution utilization, associates actively contribute to customers' defined business objectives and cultural needs, aiming for moments of surprise and delight.
The role focuses on securing sustainable value by promoting satisfaction, program and feature adoption, best practices, and achieving program goals. Ideal for those passionate about outstanding customer experiences and experienced in customer relationship management, this position involves managing key areas like Customer Management, Program Success, Relationship Management, and Opportunity Development. It's an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to ongoing customer development, satisfaction, and alignment with our solution.

- Collaboration with the customer Program Manager to resolve any open issues/actions which arise during the normal course of business
- Establishing a trusted advisor relationship that works to ensure customer's overall satisfaction with our products
- An opportunity to support the CSM on selling Customer Success service offerings, renewing the contract and positioning customers as references for Workhuman prospects.
- An opportunity to report on customer-specific activities, drive incremental revenue in existing customer accounts, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Workhuman's products and services.
The skills you will bring
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills required to document and communicate with internal and external resources
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required to ensure accuracy and effective execution
- Proficient Microsoft Office & experience with SalesForce.com would be beneficial
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently as a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail, coupled with a high-energy and positive "can-do" attitude.

- You have a college Degree or equivalent work experience
- You have demonstrated Project management skills in managing solutions for customers
- You have the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, high-intensity deadline-oriented work environment
- You have continuously delivered outstanding service and problem resolutions to ensure an organization is adhering to the high service levels expected by customers
