Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their old technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access. Working with companies like Airbnb, Twitter, and Teach for America we are changing the way companies view old technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We are looking for a driven Customer Success Associate to join our expanding client network and bolster our customer success team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients, focusing on successful onboarding, client expansion, and effective management of our customer success initiatives. This is a high-growth opportunity requiring a dedication to client retention, team development, and outstanding communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the revenue team to execute our quarterly sales and customer success goals, support strategy, and workflow development 
  • Execution of the post-sale processes 
  • You will be the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionality, providing technical training and recommendations for the customer
  • Strengthen our established relationships
  • Drive innovation, best practices, and process improvement
  • Create and establish processes across the teams to create a consistent experience for customers and other team members
  • Hire, grow and develop customer success team
  • Meet our clients to ensure they are constantly purchasing on a continuous basis
  • Dive deep into automation, workflows, and creating a sustainable long term operational strategy to drive growth
  • Present reports and performance benchmarking, while driving to KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years of customer or partner-facing experience, preference for B2B experience
  • Prior experience successfully managing external partners 
  • Ability to interface with executives easily
  • Exceptional problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a can-do mentality

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
