Customer Success Associate_Main Stream
Job Description
The Customer Success Associate_Main Stream is the main point of contact for our merchants. The role will be responsible for ensuring the success of service level agreements (SLAs) and managing and improving our merchant onboarding and post-sales processes. The role also drives discovery of upsell opportunities, and help our merchants be more successful at using our suite of POS products and features.
What You'll Focus On:
- Lead and ensure success of the onboarding process from when a sales representative signs up a new merchant through their activation as a Chowbus POS partner.
- Manage a book of restaurants and help restaurants be more successful at using our POS products and features through calls and guiding them to appropriate self-serve resources and tutorials
- Assist key restaurant customers with issues and route them to the appropriate department
- Discover upsell opportunities and upsell additional products and features
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field highly preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience required
- Direct experience in a sales, operations, or project management role preferred
- Direct or adjacent experience (POS, delivery, groceries, restaurant, or any fulfillment type of industry) preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc. required
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and customer-centric
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly
