The Customer Success Coordinator role is an entry-point for a career in Customer Success. While B2B and customer success experience are not required, they can be a differentiator.

About the Customer Success Coordinator Role
The Customer Success Coordinator is the logistical keystone for the Customer Success team when working with our existing customers. You coordinate meetings with our Success Architects, and ensure they have updated information on our customers to maximize their effectiveness.
This is not an outbounding/prospecting role. We will give you a steady stream of existing customers and help identify ways in which they can better utilize our platform.
In this role, you will be:
- Leveraging various platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more to ensure our customer information is up to date
- Identifying opportunities to better utilize our platform amongst our existing customer base
- Setting appointments with Files.com Success Architects to further engage with our customers
- Learning the entire customer success process at Files.com and experiencing Customer Success at a successful software startup.`
