About Method
At Method, our mission is to make personal debt management self-driven and autonomous. Method's APIs makes it easy for developers to aggregate consumer debt data and embed debt repayment on their apps. Method works with over 5,000 financial institutions to enable payments to any type of consumer debt & bills - including credit cards, student loans, car loans, bills and mortgages - all through a single API. We manage the entire money movement process, including KYC, flow of funds, and banking partners, allowing developers to go-live in an evening.
The Day-to-Day

• You will engage directly with our customers, build deep relationships with technical stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
• Investigate and debug any customer issues / questions using our monitoring & logging tools as well as create clear action items to resolve them.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and growth teams and come up with solutions for any incoming requests from our customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product team to create / maintain up-to-date documentation to support our customers.
• You will become a subject matter expert on industry trends, best practices, and will work directly with customers to align Method's products to each individual customer use case.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to define the roadmap by thoroughly understanding customers' needs.

Skills You'll Need

• 2+ years experience in customer facing roles at B2B SaaS companies in one or more of the following functions: technical support, customer success, sales engineering, product management, engineering, network operations.
• Experience maintaining developer resources (i.e. documentation, tutorials, guides, demos, API libraries) and working with REST APIs (key terms you should know: JSON, idempotency, webhooks)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our customers' business needs.
• You can clearly communicate the concepts or ideas behind your solutions, and cut big solutions into smaller bite-sized tasks.
• Ability to work during regular business hours in any US-time zone

Bonus points if you've...

• You have experience in Finance / FinTech
• You have software engineering experience in JS
• Highly active in developer communities: StackOverflow, Github, Reddit, etc.
