About the role.

The Customer Success Engineer is a customer-centric technologist that helps companies learn, adopt, and scale their applications with the Solo.io product portfolio. The main role is to work with our customers closely to provide deep technical expertise and guide them to be successful with our products.

Job Description:

• Support customers throughout the lifecycle and help them successfully migrate to production
• Provide daily expert guidance to existing customers
• Develop strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams
• Proactively guide customers through their architectural and product setup and decisions
• Troubleshoot and solve complex situations collaborating with Developers and Field Engineers
• Contribute to Solo.io projects by submitting issues, pull requests, and documentation
• Stay current with fast-moving additions to Solo.io products and related technologies to retain domain expertise and credibility
• Actively engage with the Solo.io community and related open source projects to foster adoption and grow external contributions

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with Kubernetes
• Experience managing and growing customer relationships by delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; computer science or engineering preferred
