Customer Success Executive, Financial ProductsĀ 

Summary

As a newly formed, financial technology company, ADC Advance, is seeking a motivated Customer Success Executive, Financial Products. This position is ideal for the candidate who seeks a small, friendly company culture where one can work closely with smart and highly productive people to develop outstanding products.Ā  In this position, you will work closely with peers from the Operations, Sales, Support, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to help our customers learn about our offerings, grow with us, and be successful using our products.

ESSENTIALĀ DUTIES ANDĀ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Support, Product, Finance, and Engineering to manage a portfolio of projects and company resources across multiple offerings
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Alarm.com Sales team to manage the new Dealer Sales pipeline, organize Dealer recruitment efforts, manage the underwriting experience, and support Dealer onboarding activities (training, compliance, and verification of business processes)
  • Coordinate with Product and Alarm.com Sales teams to manage active Dealer program KPI monitoring to maximize dealers’ success using ADC Advance products and ensure compliance
  • Establish scalable structures and processes that enable the growth of programs including learning experiences for Alarm.com Sales representatives and new Dealers spanning onboarding to continuing education (best practices, Dealer cohorts, and annual compliance education)
  • Work cross-functionally with Alarm.com teams to maximize the success of ADC Advance’s programs
  • Improve Smart Home Pay adoption and overall performance on the Dealer and Sales representative levels by collaboration, product feedback and improvement, and training enhancements
  • Drive improvements in Dealer onboarding, training, and success efforts by recognizing areas of opportunity, developing strategies to address them, and lead implementation of changes
  • Define and measure Dealer and Sales representative milestones, effectively prioritize deliverables, and manage cross-project, cross-team dependencies to meet team-wide delivery goals
  • Administer, tailor, and implement Project Management tools to optimize Dealer onboarding, education, and operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or technical degree preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience as a program or project manager; experience working within software development teams is required
  • Proven ability to manage customers and productively engage in a customer-facing role
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate others and build consensus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across a diverse set of perspectives and areas of expertise
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for consumer technology andĀ interest inĀ developing aĀ deep understanding of complex products andĀ technologies
  • General knowledge of business, technology, economics and/or financeĀ
