About The Role & Team

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead finance’s business partnership with our Customer Success organization.  You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the Company by partnering directly with our Chief Customer Officer to provide insights and recommendations on financial matters related to our customers’ activation, adoption, and ongoing success with our product.

 As a Customer Success Finance Manager, you will: 

  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to understand their goals and objectives, and provide financial analysis and guidance to support their success.
  • Provide proactive insights about the health of customer activation, adoption, and ongoing health to help forecast churn risk and expansion opportunity. 
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports including monthly budget reviews and other updates to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze trends in performance metrics to inform financial planning and decision making to drive scalable growth for the Company.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 5+ years of finance or related experience and at least 2+ years of experience providing finance support to Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership and you are passionate about product, data, and helping make customers successful. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado: Colorado range: $134,000 - $200,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City: New York City salary range: $148,000 - $222,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude California: California salary range: $148,000 - $222,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state: Washington salary range: $134,000 - $200,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
