Customer Success Intern - PRO Sports

Professional Sports Leagues and Franchises are investing in their ability to engage the next generation of fans and players, are motivated to address access and equity issues in society, and are increasingly focused on how they can capture and leverage data to drive their business.

LeagueApps is seeking an Intern for Implementation to join our Pro Sports Partnerships group to help the team achieve the contractual requirements of our Pro partners utilizing the LeagueApps platform. This person will not be a “general athlete;” the role has very specific responsibilities and this person will not be expected to pick up other departmental responsibilities. This role is an executional role, and the ideal candidate is someone who is excited about getting things done, having ownership of the required work, and working on a team.

What You'll Do:

• Follow written and video instructions to configure settings in the LeagueApps platform in accordance with PRO partner requirements
• Execute a specified number of site configurations each week
• Communicate with supervisor and internal project stakeholders about project status
• Attend department meetings as necessary

Who You Are:

• Junior or Senior in college (or equivalent work experience)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and video instructions to complete tasks
• Familiarity with Google Suite of products (primarily Google Sheets)
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Regular access to the internet on a desktop or laptop computer
