As the CS Intern, you'll have the exciting opportunity to be on the forefront of our customer education efforts, helping to ensure our customers are able to onboard quickly and efficiently, find information about product functionality, and learn about essential HR strategies for their people success programs. 

This team and role is excellent for a student who is looking to launch their career in focused on customers through implementation, knowledge management, learning & development, or customer education role. What You Will Do

As an intern at Lattice, you’ll be an integral member of the Customer Success team, working and learning alongside our talented team members. This is a full time paid summer internship for 40 hours/week for a period of 12 weeks.

  • You’ll work as a valued member of the CX team focusing on enabling the learning and development which will allow us to best serve our customers.
  • You’ll learn about product adoption, project management, and customer education initiatives and how they positively impact the customer experience
  • You’ll become an active user of our external learning management software (LMS) and generate insights into how we can best leverage this platform to improve the customer experience. 
  • You’ll assist a Customer Education Program Manager with evaluating learning pathways and helping revise and improve them as needed.
  • You’ll author knowledge management articles and assist in update and cleanup efforts to provide the most up-to-date information for our customers.
  • You’ll craft and update materials so they are both relevant and convey the Lattice company voice, learning from Product Marketing.
What You Will Bring to the Table
  • You have strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
  • You are proactive, take initiative, and have have pride in your work
  • You are coachable and are looking to learn
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in business, education or design program
  • A commitment to the 12 week, 40hrs a week Internship
