In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our large, complex health plan accounts. You'll build trusted relationships, navigate challenging conversations, and work across engineering, product, and client stakeholders to drive outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Own and manage assigned health plan accounts as the primary point of contact for customer success.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, handling escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track and resolve complex client issues, ensuring timely outcomes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success by identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the customer internally, ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational priorities.
  • Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise or complex customer accounts in healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred healthcare industry experience; strong soft skills and leadership presence.
